We have a range of prices depending on how much you plan to use the space, from half a day each month up to full time access.

Please note that we do not take one-off hotdesk bookings; all tenants submit an application and agree to a regular number of days or part days on a month-by-month contract.   You can change the number of days you wish to use the space, but you’ll need to give us a month’s notice so we can get your invoicing changed.  We ask for a month’s notice should you wish to stop using the space.

A further reduction is offered to OpenSpace members, in return for a few hours each month helping to run the co-op.

We don’t return the fee for part time / hotdesking.  For full time users, we return your deposit when you stop using the space.  Invoicing / payments are done electronically.  Our billing runs on calendar month basis – if you join mid-month your first bill will be for the pro rata number of days for that month, plus the fee / deposit.

All facilities are included in the price, with the exception of additional keys, and large run printing costs.
