OpenSpace is run as a co-operative, simply meaning that we manage the workspace ourselves. This allows us to run an affordable, friendly and secure office where different members and tenants carry out a wide variety of creative and socially conscious work.

Office Space Available

Full-time spaces are available from £105 for 24/7 access for freelancers, ethical businesses and social enterprises.

Flexible part-time packages are also available from £12 per day - see our rates for more information.

Our facilities include super-fast broadband, printing, meeting space, kitchenette, excellent cafe next door, on-street parking and good transport links with Manchester city centre.
